150 g sulatettua voita
¾ dl maitoa
1 dl vadelmahilloa
3 ½ dl vehnäjauhoja
2 tl leivinjauhetta
2 rkl kaakaota
¾ dl kiehuvaa vettä
Kuorrutus
½ levyä tummaa suklaata
½ dl voita
½ dl vadelmahilloa
Koristeeksi
Raastettua suklaata

Kermavaahtoa tai jäätelöä
Ohje
1. Vatkaa munat ja sokeri kevyesti sekaisin keskenään.
2. Lisää sekaan sulatettu voi.
3. Lisää maito ja vadelmahillo.
4. Sekoita vehnäjauhot, leivinjauhe ja kaakao ja lisää taikinaan.
5. Lisää vielä lopuksi kiehuva vesi.
6. Paista uunissa 175 asteessa, noin 45 minuuttia.
7. Valmista kuorrutus sulattamalla ensin suklaa ja lisäämällä siihen sen jälkeen voi ja hillo.
8. Voit koristella kakun suklaaraasteella ja tarjoilla jäähtyneenä kermavaahdon tai jäätelön kanssa.
