Siirappiset viipalepikkuleivät
Ainekset
200 g voita
2 ¼ dl sokeria
1 kananmunan keltuainen
2 rkl siirappia
3 tl vaniljasokeria
5 dl vehnäjauhoja
2 tl soodaa
Ohje
1. Vaahdota voi ja sokeri.
2. Lisää vaahtoon keltuainen.
3. Lisää joukkoon siirappi.
4. Sekoita loput kuivat aineet keskenään ja lisää taikinaan.
5. Muotoile taikinasta neljä 2 cm levyistä pötköä kahdelle uunipellille.
6. Paista uunissa 200 asteessa, kunnes pötköt näyttävät kauniin ruskeilta. (n.10 min)
7. Leikkaa pötköt viipalepikkuleiviksi heti lämpöisenä.
