Lisäksi haluamiasi täytteitä kuten jauhelihaa, pekonia, tonnikalaa, katkarapuja tai kanaa sekä kasviksia ja juustoa.
Ohje
1. Sekoita pohjan jauhoseos.
2. Pehmitä rasva mikrossa ja sekoita jauhoseokseen.
3. Lisää pohjataikinaan maito.
4. Levitä pohjataikina piirakkavuokaan.
5. Valmista täyte ja lisää siihen neste-muna –seos.
6. Paista piirakkaa uunin alatasolla, 200 asteessa, noin 35-40 minuuttia.
