4 dl vehnäjauhoja
100 g margariinia
¾ tl suolaa
1 dl kylmää vettä
Täyte
4-5 isoa sipulia
1 rkl voita
175 g pekonia
2 rkl sinappia
2 ½ dl ruokakermaa
1 kananmuna
1 tl suolaa
1 tl vehnäjauhoja
Päälle
Juustoraastetta
Ohje
1. Sekoita pohjan ainekset ja levitä taikina piirakkavuokaan.
2. Laita pohja peiteltynä viileään noin puoleksi tunniksi.
3. Pilko ja paista pekoni.
4. Kuullota sipuli.
5. Sekoita keskenään pekoni, sipuli, sinappi. Voit maustaa täytteitä halutessasi suolalla ja pippurilla.
6. Sekoita täytteen liemi (kerma, muna, suola ja jauhot).
7. Lisää täytteen ainekset pohjan päälle ja paista uunissa 200 asteessa, 40-45 minuuttia.
