1 prk rahkaa
2 dl sokeria
2 munaa
2 tl vaniliasokeria
Ohje
1. Sekoita pohja-muru -taikinan kuiva-aineet ensin keskenään ja lisää sitten voisula.
2. Jaa seos puoliksi (eri kulhoihin), toisesta osasta tulee pohja, toisesta päälle ripoteltavat murut.
3. Lisää pohjaksi tulevaan osaan vielä:
1 muna
2 dl maustamatonta jogurttia tai piimää
4. Sekoita täytteen aineet keskenään.
5. Levitä pohja uunipellille ja sen päälle omenahillo, täyte ja murut.
6. Paista uunissa 200 asteessa noin 30 minuuttia.
7. Tarjoile lämpimänä vaniliajäätelön kera.
