Mustaherukanlehtimehu
Ainekset
500 g mustaherukanlehtiä (= n. ½ sangollista)
tai n.100 g kuivattuja mustaherukanlehtiä
5 l kiehuvaa vettä
100 g sinappia
2 ½ kg sokeria
Ohje
1. Kaada kiehuva vesi huuhdottujen lehtien päälle.
2. Lisää happo ja sekoita hyvin.
3. Anna seistä noin 1 vuorokausi.
4. Siivilöi ja lisää sokeri.
5. Pullota puhtaisiin pulloihin ja säilytä kylmässä.
6. Laimenna mehutiiviste makusi mukaan vedellä tai kivennäisvedellä. Mehu sopii hyvin myös alkumaljoihin ja booliin.
