1. Vatkaa vaahdoksi munat ja sokeri
2. Sekoita keskenään kuiva-aineet
3. Siivilöi ja varovasti kääntele ne taikinaan. Älä enää vatkaa, jotta taikina säilyy kuohkeana
4. Lisää taikinaan voi ja maito
5. Kaada taikina uunipellille ja paista 200 asteessa noin 30 minuuttia tai kunnes se on myös keskeltä kypsä.
6. Lisää kuorrutus kun pohja on jäähtynyt
