Ainekset
175 g margariinia
200 g taloussuklaata
2 ½ dl sokeria
2 tl vaniljasokeria
¼ tl suolaa
3 munaa
1 levy minttukrokanttisuklaata (Marabou)
3 dl vehnäjauhoja
Kuorrutus
1 levy minttukrokanttisuklaata (Marabou)
1 dl kuohukermaa
25 g margariinia
Ohje
1. Sulata margariini ja taloussuklaa.
2. Lisää seokseen sokeri ja suola.
3. Vatkaa munien rakenne rikki ja lisää seokseen.
4. Paloittele minttukrokanttisuklaa ja lisää seokseen.
5. Lisää jauhot.
6. Levitä seos leivinpaperilla vuoratulle uunipellille. Paista keskitasolla 175 asteessa, noin 20 minuuttia. Kakku saa jäädä keskeltä raa’aksi.
7. Jäähdytä levy hyvin.
8. Paloittele kuorrutuksen minttusuklaa kattilaan ja lisää kerma ja margariini.
9. Kuumenna levyllä ja sekoita kunnes kaikki on sulanut.
10. Levitä kuorrutus kakun päälle ja laita viileään jähmettymään.
11. Leikkaa levy annospaloiksi.
