1 dl sokeria
1 tl leivinjauhetta
1 tl suolaa
1 tl vaniljasokeria
8 dl maitoa
2 kananmunaa
50g voita
Ohje
1. Sekoita kuivat aineet yhteen.
2. Lisää maito ja munat jauhoseokseen.
3. Sulata voi ja lisää taikinaan.
4. Anna taikinan paisua hetken ja kaada sitten uunipellille.
5. Paista 200 asteessa noin 30min.
6. Tarjoile jäätelön ja mansikkahillon kanssa.
Vinkki: Jos jääkaapissa sattuu olemaan mannapuuroa, voi sitä lisätä desin tai pari taikinaan. Näijn pannukakusta tulee ruokaisampaa ja todella maukasta.
