Ainekset
½ l vettä (tai puolet piimää)
50 g tuorehiivaa
1 tl suolaa
1 rkl siirappia
6-7 dl vehnäjauhoja
3 dl ruis- tai grahamjauhoja
4 dl kauraryynejä
½ dl öljyä
Ohje
1. Liuota hiiva kädenlämpöiseen veteen.
2. Sekoita kuivat aineet keskenään.
3. Lisää kuivat aineet nesteeseen.
4. Lisää lopuksi vielä öljy.
5. Kohota taikinaa ennen leipomista, sekä leivottuasi sämpylät ennen paistamista.
6. Paista kohonneet sämpylät 225 asteessa, noin 10 minuuttia.
