150 g voita
6 dl vehnäjauhoja
25 g hiivaa
¾ dl maitoa
2 rkl sokeria
2 munaa
Täyte
100 g voita
100 g tomusokeria
3 tl vaniliasokeria
Ohje
1. Liuota hiiva lämpimään maitoon, pehmennä voi ja sekoita nämä kaikki vehnäjauhojen kanssa.
2. Vaahdota munat ja sokeri. Lisää vaahto muuhun taikinaan.
3. Kauli taikina levyksi.
4. Levitä voi-tomusokeri -seos taikina levylle ja rullaa pitkoksi.
5. Leikkaa rullatusta pitkosta muutaman sentin pituisia paloja ja aseta muffinssivuokiin.
6. Anna kohota.
7. Voitele munalla ja ripottele halutessasi vielä raesokeria päälle.
8. Paista 230-250 asteessa kunnes pullat ovat kauniin kullan värisiä.
