½ kg fariinisokeria
4 munaa
2 tl vanilliinisokeria
2 tl ruokasoodaa
2 tl leivinjauhetta
1 tl suolaa
1 kg vehnäjauhoja
½ kg hienonnettuja kaurahiutaleita
400 g pähkinärouhetta
1 kg suklaata (eri lajeja)
Ohje
1. Vaahdota voi sekä sokeri ja fariinisokeri.
2. Lisää munat.
3. Sekoita loput aineet keskenään sekaisin ja lisää taikinan sekaan.
4. Kauli taikina noin sentin paksuiseksi levyksi.
5. Irrota pikkuleivät juomalasilla.
6. Paista 190 asteessa, noin 10 minuuttia.
Taikinasta tulee noin 100 kpl.
