6 dl vehnäjauhoja
1 dl sokeria
½ tl suolaa
1 tl soodaa
250 g voita
1 ½ dl piimää tai hapanta kermaa
Ohje
1. Sekoita kuivat aineet sekaisin.
2. Lisää joukkoon voi ja neste.
3. Anna taikinan kohota kunnolla.
4. Kauli taikina pötköksi ja leikkaa siitä kamman muotoisia paloja.
5. Kohota ja paista 200 asteessa kunnes ne ovat kypsiä.
