150 g voita
5 ½ dl vehnäjauhoja
1 tl suolaa
2 ½ dl vettä
25 g hiivaa
Täyte
200 g jauhelihaa (voit jättää jauhelihan pois ja tehdä kasvispitsan)
150 g sieniä
1 sipuli
1 prk kermaviiliä
½ dl maitoa
ripaus suolaa
ripaus mustapippuria
2 rkl vehnäjauhoja
Pinnalle
Tomaattia, persiljaa ja juustoraastetta
Ohje
1. Nypi sekaisin pohja-aineksista voi, vehnäjauhot ja suola.
2. Lisää veteen liuotettu hiiva.
3. Anna pohjataikinan kohota ja valmista sillä aikaa täyte.
4. Sekoita jauheliha-sieni-sipuli –seokseen kermaviili, maito, vehnäjauhot ja mausteet.
5. Levitä pohjataikina uunipellille ja lisää täytteet. Ripottele päälle vielä persiljaa, tomaattiviipaleita ja juustoraastetta.
6. Paista uunissa 225 asteessa kunnes juusto on kauniin ruskeaa ja pohja on kypsä.
