Mansikkahilloa tai tuoreita mansikoita
Vaniljarahkaa (kaupasta saa valmiiksi maustettuna)
Kermavaahtoa (myös valmiiksi maustettu vaniljakerma vaahdotettuna sopii hyvin)
Ohje
1. Vatkaa munat ja sokeri vaahdoksi.
2. Sekoita vehnäjauhot ja leivinjauhe ensin keskenään, lisää ne sitten muna-sokeri -seokseen. Älä vatkaa, vaan ns. taittele jauhot vaahtoon, jolloin se pysyy kuohkeana.
3. Kaada taikina uunipellille ja paista 175 asteessa noin 10 min.
4. Aseta pöydälle toinen leivinpaperi, jonka päälle on ripoteltu sokeria
5. Kumoa uunituore kääretorttupohja sokeroidulle leivinpaperille ja anna jäähtyä
6. Levitä rahka-kermavaahto -seos sekä mansikat pohjan päälle ja rullaa. Huom! Jos käytät hilloa, levitä se ennen rahkaa ja kermaa.
7. Rullaa unelmatorttu varovasti ja käännä saumakohta alapuolelle.
8. Tarjolle laittaessa voi rullan päälle vielä laittaa kermavaahtoa, tuoreita mansikoita ja raastaa suklaata. Taivaallista!
